Please read the following information carefully and follow the instructions completely in preparation for your event.
1. Thank you for submitting our Participant Waiver. You MUST verify your email in order for the waiver process to be complete. If you did not receive a verification email, please check your junk folder and verify right away. Contact Us if you cannot locate the verification email.
2. Please be sure you have completed BOTH the Participant Waiver and the Participant Questionnaire. There are two buttons on the main waiver screen; you will need to click on both. In case you missed the questionnaire, you can access it here:

Travel:
By Air
Austin Bergstrom Airport
You will be picked up at airport 3pm on 3.25.21.
You will be returned to airport by 12pm on 3.28.21
Please schedule flights accordingly.
EQUIPMENT
All training gear to be provided.
If you are bringing your own gun, you MUST contact us ASAP.
ADMINISTRATION
Clothing:
We will a be providing hats & shirts for training. There are only a few items you must bring.
Long Pants – Must be comfortable to train in. BDU style pants or jeans will suffice. Must have belt loops.
Sturdy Belt – leather or webbing, you will have a holster and gun
Weather appropriate outerwear (jacket, sweatshirt, rain gear)
Casual attire for evening
Footwear:
Closed Toe Boots or Shoes – Keep in mind this is a ranch, you will be in dirt and uneven terrain – comfortable for hiking.
