SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST will usually complete processing on the next business day and ship either that day or the next business day, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Specific ship times will be quoted for custom items.
Most packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will take 3-5 days for delivery, unless otherwise noted.
The Pick Up delivery option is only available to those enrolled in a course or attending a private event.
Should any issues arise with the delivery time, we’ll contact you by phone or e-mail. We will not cover the cost of re-sending the package if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.
A package that has not been picked up by the customer from the post office and is returned to sender is always considered returned goods. We do not resend returned packages.
Please inspect the package when picking it up. If the package or products have been damaged during transportation, make an accident report immediately to the carrier, then Contact Us. Please note that failing to pick-up the package from the pick-up point is not the same as canceling the order.
Please note: International (outside the USA) customers must pay applicable duty and customs charges. We are unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information varies by country. These fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Please note, by placing an online order, you agree to be responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs charges. If your order is refused, you will still be responsible for costs incurred in shipping. Please contact your local government for specific details regarding sales tax, duty, and customs charges.
To ensure that your package is appropriately delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Also, make use of the tracking information that is provided when your order ships so that arrangements can be made to obtain your package upon delivery.
Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the delivery service responsible for shipping your order. We are unable to issue refunds for packages that tracking shows have been delivered.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligible products may be returned in original packaging for a credit or refund of the purchase price within 14 days of purchase or shipment of Product to Buyer, whichever is later, less shipping and handling. In order to return Product purchased over the internet, Buyer must SEND EMAIL TO REQUEST a Return Authorization Number (RMA). An RMA is required to return Product. Customers who exchange products that are found to be defective will receive a credit for original shipping charges.
Coast Tactical Training (CTT) reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
If you return a Product that qualified you for a discount, promotional item or promotional card and either (i) do not also return the discounted or promotional item or (ii) have already redeemed the promotional card, Seller may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item or redeemed card from any refund you receive for the return of the Product.
